I’m a software engineer who spends long hours coding across dual monitors, so a smoother surface is essential for me. The Control fabric’s added texture feels a bit grainy for constant cursor movement, and the colours appear slightly muted. The Speed fabric would give me the low-friction glide I need while also delivering deeper blacks and brighter whites.
Could I please return this Control version and exchange it for the Speed version of the same design? The mat and its packaging are still in perfect condition.

The color is just a slight bit off otherwise it's a great mat

The quality of the mouse pad is simply awesome, I have ordered the control type mousepad since I usually play FPS titles. Along with the utility of this mouse pad , the print is also very clean and has definitely elevated the look of my set up overall. Whenever I post pictures of my set up online It causes people to turn their heads. I would definitely recommend to go for their mouse pads eyes closed. I only wish they would have provided more Size variants as some of us have large tables.
The design is too dull and whitish, it's not black. The color graded video ads are misleading. The control surface is barely smooth. The white topographic lines are dull too. Not worth the price definitely! Also, no returns and lack of good designs, so buy vicely.

Just to clarify — the Control Fabric is designed with a textured surface for better mouse precision, which can feel a bit rougher by design. Also, depending on the fabric type (Control vs Speed) and your lighting setup, colors may appear slightly different in person compared to edited visuals or product photos.
As for the topographic lines — we use ultra-high-resolution sublimation printing to capture extremely fine details. On textured surfaces like the Control Fabric, some of those finer elements can appear slightly softer due to how the ink settles into the weave, but this is a trade-off we make to preserve intricacy in design rather than going with bolder, less detailed prints.
You're actually the second customer to mention the black tones feeling lighter than expected. While we've already pushed the printing depth close to its maximum on this fabric, we're now actively exploring ways to improve black richness further — especially for darker designs on the Control Fabric.

I have ordered this on May 30.And they said the delivery date June 4.But today it is 6 june i didn't receive my order.Very bad experience in delivering.Should change it .

The extended surface provides me with a sense of room to work within, particularly for gaming and graphics. The frictionless surface provides smooth glide and improved accuracy, providing my mouse with a more precise feel. The sewn seams and quality material also bring an element of durability and style to my work space. In comparison to my old pad, which used to slide and wear off quickly, this deskmat is an improvement. It's not a pad—it's an upgrade to the overall desk experience. Worth the switch for sure.
