Refund policy

At HIGHWAY MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing an order.
  • If the order has already been processed for shipping, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receipt. We will verify the issue and arrange for a return or replacement.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product you received does not match what was shown on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
  • Custom Products: We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds for custom products due to the nature of the product. The only exception to this would be if you receive a damaged or defective product, in which case we can offer a replacement but no refunds. 

Return Shipping & Refund Processing

  • Return Shipping Fee: A return shipping fee may apply for returns that are not due to defects or incorrect items.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. Once approved, it may take 6-8 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.

Products with Manufacturer Warranties

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for assistance.
